Four point stance


Step 1: Put hands on knees
Put your hands on your knees.

Step 2: Put elbows on knees
Now rest your elbows on your knees.

Step 3: Put hands in front, adjust leg.
Put both hands in front of you on the ground. Adjust your dominant leg so your feet are in a heel-toe relationship, so the heel of your dominant leg’s foot lines up with the toe of your other foot..

Step 4: Back flat, head up
Keep your back flat, and your head up.
